2026年度前期授業料免除申請【大学独自制度】について/Notice regarding Applications for Spring Semester 2026 Tuition Fee Exemption
申請を学生支援課窓口または郵送にて受け付けます。
名古屋大学Webページの該当ページ、申請要領、注意事項等をよく読み、不備のないように必要書類を提出してください。
注意！免除申請システムに入力しただけでは受付完了していませんので、必ず期限までに必要書類を提出してください。期限後の提出は一切受け付けません。
Applications will be accepted at Student Support Office or by post.
Please read carefully the relevant page on the Nagoya University website, “Application Guidelines”, “Notes”etc. and submit required documents without any deficiencies.
CAUTION: Please note that simply entering your information into the exemption application system does not complete the application process. Be sure to submit the required documents by the deadline. Submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.

※新入生は書類提出期限が免除申請システム入力期限より早いため、ご注意ください。
※提出期限後の申請は一切受け付けません。
※余裕を持ってご提出ください。
※申請書提出後も確認のため連絡をすることがありますので、速やかに対応してください。

入学料免除・徴収猶予について（※対象：2026年度入学の大学院新入生）/Exemption or Deferral of Admisson Fees (*Applies to New Graduate Students enrolling in fall 2026)
2026年度入学の大学院新入生の入学料免除・徴収猶予申請についても文系教務課で受け付けます。

Applications for exemption or deferral of admission fees for new graduate students entering in 2026 will also be accepted by Student Affairs Division Office.
