【重要なお知らせ】NU-mado.の利用停止について／【Important Notice】 NU-mado. Service Suspension
以下の期間、メンテナンスのためNU-mado.の利用ができません。ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
利用停止期間：2026年8月3日（月）～21日（金）
※状況により、延長することがあります。
【留学生の皆様へ】
在留資格更新の手続きや、留学生向け奨学金のお知らせについて、NU-mado.を通じての提出や、掲示版の閲覧ができなくなります。
この期間について、以下のように対応してください。
■在留資格の更新関連連絡
bun-visa【a】t.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jpへ必要書類を直接送信してください。
※【a】を@に変換してください。
■留学生向け奨学金に関する掲示
NUSSに掲載します。学部ごとに掲載先のアドレスが異なりますので、各学部・研究科のTACTまたはメールにより周知します。
また、奨学金情報は随時NUSSへ掲載しますが、掲載の都度お知らせは行いません。 奨学金の募集情報を見逃さないよう、各自で定期的にNUSSを確認してください。

During this period, you will be unable to submit documents or view bulletin board announcements regarding residence status renewal procedures or scholarship information for international students via NU-mado.
Please follow the instructions below during this period.

Please send the required documents directly to bun-visa【a】t.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp.

■Notice Regarding Scholarships for International Students
Information will be posted on NUSS. Since the posting location varies by faculty, details will be announced via TACT or email from each faculty and graduate school.
Additionally, scholarship information will be posted on NUSS as it becomes available; however, we will not send individual notifications each time a new posting is made. Please check NUSS regularly on your own to ensure you do not miss any scholarship application opportunities.
