名古屋大学IDのアカウントロックについて / Regarding Nagoya University ID account lock
年次情報セキュリティチェックを受講（毎年受講義務があります）しないと，名古屋大学ID（名大ID）をアカウントロックします。名大IDがアカウントロックされると，名古屋大学の様々な重要な情報サービス（NUCT, NUWNET, 全学メール（mbox）, NU-mado, 証明書自動発行機など）が利用できなくなります（ログインに失敗するようになります）。

If you do not take “Yearly Information Security Check”, your Nagoya University ID will be locked.
If your account is locked, you will not be able to use various information services of Nagoya University (NUCT, NUWNET, Nagoya university Mail *mbox*, NU-mado., Certificate issuing machine etc.) (login will fail).

至急、以下から申請をしてください（申請時には，自身の名古屋大学IDを準備してください）。期間限定でロックを解除しますので指定された期間内に必ず「年次情報セキュリティチェックを受講」を受講してください。 期間内に受講されないと再度IDがロックされ使用できなくなります。
学部生・院生の方はロック解除受付フォーム より申請をお願いします．

Please apply from the following as soon as possible (please prepare your ID at the time of application). The lock will be unlocked for a limited time, so be sure to take the “Yearly Information Security Check” within the specified period.
