2024年度前期授業料免除申請について
Regarding applications for Spring Semester 2024 tuition fee exemption
申請を郵送にて受け付けます。
名古屋大学Webページの該当ページ、申請要領、記入上の注意等をよく読み、チェックリストで確認の上、不備のないように必要書類を提出してください。
注意！免除申請システムに入力しただけでは受付完了していませんので、必ず期限までに必要書類を提出してください。
Applications will be accepted by post.
Please read carefully the relevant page on the Nagoya University
website, “Guide of Tuition Fee Exemption Application”, “Notes on filling
out the Tuition Fee Exemption Application Forms”, etc. check the
checklist, and submit required documents without any deficiencies.
CAUTION: To apply for tuition fee exemption, you need to submit documents as well as the onlone system.
学部学生および大学院生（法科大学院を除く）
在学生
- 免除申請システム入力期限：3月7日（木）17:00
- 提出方法：免除申請システムから提出日を予約して提出してください
新入生
- 免除申請システム入力期限：4月24日（水）12:00
- 提出方法：免除申請システムから提出日を予約して提出してください
提出期限後の申請は一切受け付けません。

- 提出期限：3月11日（月）必着（当日消印有効）
新入生
- 免除申請システム入力期限：4月12日（金）～4月24日（水）12:00
- 提出期限：4月12日（金）～4月24日(水)必着（当日消印有効）
提出期限後の申請は一切受け付けません。
余裕を持ってご提出ください。
申請書提出後も確認のため連絡をすることがありますので、速やかに対応してください。

- Submission method: Reserve the date and time for submitting the application at document acceptance counter on the tuition fee exemption system.
