・「7.授業料納入のための口座登録（Web登録）」：令和５年10月２日（月）～10月31日（火)

・“7.Bank Account Registration Procedure for Tuition Fee Payment (Online Registration)” : October 2(Mon.) -October 31(Tue.), 2023.

手続方法 HOW TO SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

⼊学⼿続期限内に⽂系教務課（下記連絡先一覧）へ簡易書留にて必要書類を郵送してください。
Please mail the required documents in a trackable way to Students Affairs Division office (under “CONTACT ADDRESSES” of this guide) by the deadline.

※期限までに入学手続をしなかった場合は，入学資格は取り消されます。
*If you do not complete the registration by the deadline, you may be regarded as having declined the offer of admission.

   令和5年10月2日(月)6:00 ～ 10月31日(火)23:59【厳守】に登録（入学後忘れずに）してください。授業料免除申請の有無にかかわらず登録してください。

   from October 2(Mon.) 6:00 to October 31(Tue.) 23:59, 2023(*Strictly enforced)(Don’t forget after enrollment.) Register regardless of whether or not you are applying for tuition fee exemption.

11. 入学料免除・徴収猶予及び授業料免除について Admission Fee Exemption and Admission Fee Deferred Payment/ 2023 Tuition Fee Exemption

     書類提出，システム登録ともに締め切りがあります。締め切りを過ぎてからの受付は一切いたしません。また，締め切りはすべて日本時間となりますのでご注意ください。
     There is a deadline for both document submission and system registration.We will not accept any applications after the deadline.Also, please note that all deadlines are in Japan time.

 授業料は文系教務課窓口で納入依頼書（請求書）を配付します。入学月（10月入学者は10月中）に納入してください。
 After enrollment, a tuition fee payment coupon “納入依頼書（請求書）” will be distributed at the office, so please pay the tuition fee within the month of enrollment. For students enrolled in October, please pay during October.
